The building we are working to acquire is a bluestone former Wesleyan Methodist church on Powlett Street, built in 1858 during the Victorian gold rush and standing for more than 165 years. Heritage-listed and in need of careful restoration, by Allah's permission it will continue as a place of worship in a new chapter, the home of the Kilmore Islamic and Community Centre, InshaAllah.

ICMG Kilmore, on behalf of AMAF (Australian Muslims Assets Foundation Limited), stands at the threshold of a sacred mission, to secure a permanent home for our faith, our families, and our future at 25 Powlett Street, Kilmore VIC 3764.
Islamic Community Millî Görüş (ICMG) is an Australian Islamic community organisation providing comprehensive religious, social, educational, and cultural services. The name Millî Görüş derives from millah, a Qur'anic concept (Surah An-Nahl 16:123), referring to the community of Ibrahim (عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام), a community gathered around Tawḥīd.
ICMG operates established mosques and community centres across Victoria (Meadow Heights, Brunswick, Dandenong, Craigieburn) and New South Wales (Sydney City, Guildford), with national administration based in Melbourne. ICMG Kilmore carries this mission forward in Kilmore, Victoria, the next chapter of a 30-year-old Australian community, InshaAllah.
This is more than a building purchase. By establishing this mosque, we lay a foundation for generations to come, a place of Sajdah, education, and service to the Ummah.
